Kjeller Eiendomsinvest AS

The fund owns a portfolio of flexible multi-use buildings in Hvam Næringspark at Kjeller just outside Oslo. The properties are very well located with a close connection to the E6 and are specially adapted to the tenants. The properties were built in 2008 and 2010, and consist of three separate buildings with a total of 31.549 square meters in gross area and have good parking capacity with 600 parking spaces.
